I picked my frames, they had many to choose from at lots of different price points. They had my lenses in stock, so I was able to get my glasses right away! Just had an amazing experience! My daughter has to wait a week for her lenses to come in, so they gave her a temporary pair to use now. And we got 50% off the lenses and the frames. Easy and efficient! Thank you!!!
I broke one of the nose pieces off my glasses a couple of weeks ago. I happened to stop in Lens Crafters on a whim and asked if they could fix it. The guy I spoke to (should have asked his name!) was pleasant and helpful. He replaced both nose pieces at no charge!
