It was a typical LensCrafters visit. We just moved to Vegas from Hawaii 10 days ago - good enough service and greetings as I entered the store along with the eye exam from the Opticians Office located in the store. I will say that the prices seemed a little better than Honolulu and the office/store were bigger. As usual - very friendly and professional, but I guess the whole “Glasses within an hour” deal is over and done with? Whatever? Still a loyal LensCrafters customer for over 20 years...

The glasses I have had made previously by this business have been stellar and customer service is prompt when I've returned with fitting issues. However, I fell for their "birthday promotion" of "free lenses" with purchase of qualifying price range frames ... don't make the same mistake. You have to spend a specific $$ to qualify for the "free lenses". When I got my completed glasses, the lenses were horrific. I could barely see out of them and they gave me headaches.
