My family (3 kids plus hubby) & I have been going to this Lenscrafters for years. They have seen us for contacts, sunglasses, safety glasses, kids glasses and the regular stuff. I usually see the same couple of people who have helped us every year. They have great frames and know how to use my insurance. I have had to have antibiotics like the last reviewer, but I was thankful to get them as it made my eyes better. And a week later I could get my new contacts. HOORAY!!!
Worst Customer Service – This is not the first time we've had problems with Lenscrafters. Today, we went in to get a prescription for contact lenses. My son and I both wear contacts and I made it perfectly clear that we purchase them through a separate vendor. We only wanted to get prescriptions. The eye doctor tried everything she could to convince us that contacts are no good and that we want glasses. We she failed that, she wouldn't write prescriptions because my son's eye was sore and she wanted to write him a prescripti... read more
