Been waiting on contacts since Sept 5th, it is Oct 26th. I was happy to hear they were willing to give us another trial pair since we have been waiting so long. Today I went to pick up the trial pair. They handed me the trial pair but they were way too interested in talking to each other than they were talking to me. Many thanks to MJ, Eva and Dr. Tam. "30-day happiness guarantee' is for real!! I am adjusting nicely to my new glasses after returning the first pair that were just not working for me. This was unusual as I've been going to LensCrafters for a number of years. I initially went with a prescription from my opthamologist when I was recently there.
