I called to schedule an appointment and after the guy asked me for my last name he started laughing, I asked him if he was laughing at my last name and he said,"yes, I tried to pronounce and it was funny", so I canceled my appointment and booked with someone else �
Can't deliver a simple pair of glasses... "Tomorrow" does NOT mean "next day", apparently. EDIT: General Manager is stepping WAY up. EDIT AGAIN: The General Manager did an Odysseus job getting me my sunglasses. He, personally, saved my patronage.
