Wasn’t so much as Lens Craft but the optometrist next door, ASS and CONDESCENDING ASIAN telling me that it’s suppose to see better or so but if I’m not seeing well or better how can tell me it should be better?! ASSHOLE
DO NOT get glasses here!!! They mistag their glasses frames and WILL NOT refund you anything! How does that even happen?! Now, because someone didn't do their job right, I have to wait another week or so for my glasses that I depend on!!! My first visit was so great, and I was promised an easy, accommodating experience since I've had awful ones in the past. Little did I know that was all small talk to get my nearly $500 and usher me out the door, so they could take someone else's money. This place DID NOT deliver!
This place has the friendliest staff of any Eye center I have been to and I have been to a lot! They are always willing to fix any problem with no questions asked. They make you feel at home here and I definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the great experience guys!!!
