Still working through a problem with getting my Oakley glasses for months, but I want to thank Rosie for being a superstar, and a real credit to the company. Thank you for working with me through this situation.
My glasses have always arrived as promised and if there is any issue they've always been very helpful, it's a great place! I continue to use them when I or anyone in my family need glasses.
This place popped up in my timeline a year after I checked in here. I must have forgotten to review it. So this review is on an experience I had in 2014. and...Nope! Still mad! Their cover photo says it all!
I have never had a bad experience at LensCrafters!
Ugh - I paid cash for glasses, returned them and was then told they dont give cash back in the store and that I would need to wait 2 months for a check to be issued and sent to my home. I feel this is crappy and quite frankly a legal issue. If I pay in cash, I expect cash back if I return something. Terrible customer service! Buyer beware.
