Everyone that we encountered was courteous and professional. The doctor was professional and took the time to explain things to us, so that we, understood and made the right decision. Alex was great! He took the time to explain how progressive lens work for first time users.

I was not looking forward to another eye exam but I really needed new glasses and an updated prescription. Alex was AMAZING at helping me pick out my frames. I had a particular style in mind (a super old pair I got years ago elsewhere but unfortunately broke) so I showed Alex a picture of them, and not even 2 seconds later I was trying on a pair of glasses that were EXACTLY what I wanted. This is such a great location with great staff, especially Alex! Best customer service ever!
I bought my first pair of glasses there. Amanda and Alex were so professional and knowledgeable. I settled on the New Nuance Audio glasses. They solved my vision issues as well as my diminished hear issues. It was the best service and great experience. My glasses were in my hands in 5 days. I love my Nuance Audio glasses. They have progressive lens with transitions for outside. Amazing store and people,Alex and Amanda are fantastic and should get commissions for how hard they work. Kamilo and Alexis were so great! They both were so helpful and honest about what frames looked good on me. It was a really nice experience. The other staff members whose names I didn’t catch were all very welcoming and helpful. The doc is excellent. It seems like everyone works well together and likes what they do. I’ve been to this lens crafters a few times - I’ll keep going back!
