I was very satisfied with the quality of service and responsiveness, until my most recent experience at the Newport Center Mall store - Jersey City on 07/28. During my visit, I ordered for a prescription glass with a RayBan Frame, and a RayBan Aviator Sunglass for my wife. The lady who attended me and my mom was awesome she was very nice and courteous and helped me to buy pick and get my glasses frames love it
If you see the docs, leave tons of time. Super slow service!
Love the fact they fix minor issues for free. However bought my frames/lenses from here. First attempt failed QA.. Can back next day only to be told to wait as they hadn't done it.
They always fix minor issues with your glasses, even if you didn't buy it from them. That's cool!
Too bad they don't accept VSP for vision.
