They hounded me to make an appointment. When we showed up for our appointments, they had 4 people in front of us at 10 am. we FINALLY got our eye exams after 90 minutes and then the people working the frames ignored us. PLUS NO RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS. That was the Icing that I will never go here again. PS we got our glasses at 20/20. Great customer service.
I highly recommend Dr. Varani. She is knowledgeable, has a positive bedside manner and explains procedures clearly. Sarah in the optical shop is also top notch. Best Lenscrafters location.
We have been always treated with respect at the Waterford Lenscrafters. They are very friendly and helpful. Even fixed an old pair of glasses that I use for backup. This is not an inexpensive place but it's worth the extra money. Also the eye doctor is great! I won't go anywhere esle. I just hope the frame styles change for the next time I need them. Not happy with what is trendy right now!

My 21 year old daughter did not need a digital retinal image of her eyes. My parents are 80 years old, with cataracts, and have never had that done. You so took advantage of my daughter. Rip off!
