Being in customer service, I try to not speak to the bad of an issue, but with my recent experience at Lenscrafters, this needs to be shared far and wide.. I am very disappointed in Lenscrafters; specifically the Central Florida area manager.... We have been generational customers, and in trying to fix an issue, we were told that the District area manager had no time to speak to us, and that we were not important enough. Almost 3 hours for a basic vision exam with an appointment. 650 dollar RX (100 for frames, 550 for lenses) for a woman with 20/20 vision. Worst customer service and price in the world. Avoid at all cost, will gouge you and treat you like crap.
They did the exam backwards. Fancy equipment. Glaucoma and retina test before eye exam. Eyes were sore before the exam. Started with wrong prescription told me my eyes were bad and needed a different prescription didn’t even try my current one. My eyes hurt when the torture was over. Scanned my retina 3 times each eye. Never again. Going to get a second opinion. Never again will I go here or recommend them. Not even zero stars. Should be minus stars. Beware.
Good quality but slower than molasses in January. Ordered on May 29 and not here as of june24

Came in the person who helped was very easy to tslk with. They showed me everything i might like, and bam! I bought a new pair of glasses!
My family normally uses Dr. Thompson in Altamonte, but visited the Waterford Lakes location for a repair. My daughter broke her glasses 5 months after the LensCrafters warranty expired. Michelle and Amy were very helpful answering questions and helping me find a reasonable solution. Connor was courteous and efficient repairing them. Thank you for your help!
Because 0 stars isn’t an option. Waited 3 hours, and when I complained that I waited that long, I got lots of excuses and no apologies. I don’t usually give companies bad reviews, but this was absolutely horrid. I’ll probably end up having to go to my regular eye doctor anyway because I don’t trust that they did the job right.
