BEST EXPERIENCE THIS LENSCRAFTER LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING. I was BLOWN away with the PROFESSIONAL STAFF and their ability to make all of my glasses the SAME DAY. Never have I seen such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WHOLE FAMILY WILL BE GETTING GLASSES HERE.
TREATED LIKE ROYALTY I brought my sons in to get their glasses fixed and the service was incredible. I was certainly wowed by their expertise in fixing broken glasses and making them so quickly. They treated me like royalty, I never gave a good review until I went here. This store is a bit of a drive for me, but I will be going ther from now on.
Patient The doctor needs to learn how to talk to patients who have questions over the phone. She was completely rude when asked about the prescription for the eye glasses.
Michael K. Brosman-- horribel dr ABSOLUTLEY hands down the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a doctor and his office staff. My eye exam was January 20th and its now February 11th and I still do not have contacts. I just today got my Rx which was WRONG after calling multiple times. Incredibly frustrating to not get returned calls or updates. It should not take nearly a month to get a contact lens prescription. I would never ever suggest this office to anyone. a happy patient I have come here several times and i just love the doctor and the staff. Dr. Swindell took his time with me and explained everything he was doing. i have never had a more wonderful experience. i recommend this place to anyone and everyone. i love it so much i brought my mother and my son in to him as well
find a better price glasses are ok but they are too expensive even with discounts service is just mediocre i dont think they really cared
TERRIBLE experience, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Dr. Brosman is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had to wait 2 weeks before I could be seen by Dr. Brosman. When I called to schedule my appt. Dr. Brosman picked up his own phone and scheduled me. He asked me a ton of questions that I would never know the answer to, like when I told him I had astigmatism he said "do you know what your astigmatism rating number is" or something like that. I don' t know, why don't you just find out when you examine me??
LOVE LENSCRAFTERS I LOVE these guys! I don't use my regular eye insurance because I would rather come here. The optometrists are caring and knowledgeable AND now, the glasses have a 90 day guarantee.
Good well I've had nothing but good experiences with them and my 10 year old. I've asked for my prescription and they've given it to me no problems- I don't know what the person above is talking about but maybe if she got off her lazy butt and picked up her prescription herself, much of that could have been avoided. DUH!
