What a great store What a great store. I love the Lenscrafter at Eastern and St Rose. They are very welcoming and very knowledgable. I also love the product, they have everything and glasses are made while you wait.
BEST EXPERIENCE THIS LENSCRAFTER LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING. I was BLOWN away with the PROFESSIONAL STAFF and their ability to make all of my glasses the SAME DAY. Never have I seen such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WHOLE FAMILY WILL BE GETTING GLASSES HERE.
TREATED LIKE ROYALTY I brought my sons in to get their glasses fixed and the service was incredible. I was certainly wowed by their expertise in fixing broken glasses and making them so quickly. They treated me like royalty, I never gave a good review until I went here. This store is a bit of a drive for me, but I will be going ther from now on.
poor communication I am very disappointed in the communication this location has. I thought that by me telling them exactly what I needed and bringing my prescription down to them, they knew exactly what I needed. My insurance covered all of the first $150.00 and then I was to cover the rest. I spoke with Jamie originally and she told me that I would have to pay 25.00 per box and that was for the same ones I had with the other Eye doctor. That it would take 3-5 business days to get them. My whole experience from start to finish was wonderful! I especially appreciated the tech Alfredo! He was very helpful and friendly! I liked the entire staff. :)
They put a 1/2 inch screw in my frame to replace a stripped screw. Worst service every time I go. Never go back. I posted the photo. Of course I couldn’t see it with my eyesight but kept feeling this sharp poking thing on my glasses. Service people there, all of them very inexperienced and no personality in any of them.
