Great service, Great Doctor. Exam was fast appointment actually started early. I have no complaints.
Took 3 hours for an appointment but they gave me my frames free for the wait
I was a little worried when my fancy progressives did not work for me, but I went back and talked with the Dr. about how I use my glasses during the day reading music and using the computer. She listened, reevaluated my prescription, and I was able to get TWO pair of glasses (one straight-line bifocal and one reading) for the same price as the original progressives! Now I LOVE my new eyeglasses -- both sets of them! THANKS!
Customer service is poor and they don't call when your prescription is in.
