This guy's worker mowed over a pipe in my yard and caused a huge water leak into the street. The county turned my water off and told me it is my responsibility to repair it. I called Len who completely denied any responsibility. He said "it is an old pipe." Maybe so, but water was NOT gushing into the street before your guy mowed over it. I have a witness, videos, and photos, but he refuses to take responsibility. A plumber told me it could be $2200 to fix it. This person called me and started ranting, screaming and swearing at me, using the f-word every sentence. I have pictures and witnesses too. The pipe was repaired with a simple fix which we performed. The pipe was rotted, galvanized pipe (I have pictures) and would break at any time. I have been in business for over 15 years and never been spoken to with such vial language as this woman used. She needs to learn how to behave like a lady and maybe people will take her seriously.

After just 4 services, we discontinued due to damage and poor customer service. Our concerns detailed below were never addressed after numerous attempts. They weed whacked expensive & newly planted Asiatic Lilies, Tiger Lilies, and Convallaria Majalis Rosea bulbs in late April -\-\ they never grew back & I will need to purchase new bulbs. Len's Lawns did an adequate job of upkeep on my deceased mother's lawn, but the value for money was only mediocre. I inherited his service for about 6 months while getting the home ready for sale. The lawn was mowed but the bushes were usually poorly kept and there wasn't a lot of detail work. I hired another service (Belinda's Lawn and Design - EXCELLENT) to clean up some things since I wasn't happy with the lawn's condition in the real estate pictures.
