Len’s came highly recommended to us by multiple family members. We were looking to replace our a/c and furnace since they were old and the furnace wasn’t able to be used due to a leak. Called Len’s and they came out same day to give us an estimate! They worked so quickly and came back out 2 days later to take final measurements. Len's went out of their way to ship in the Trane unit we wanted. Scheduled in April and installed unit as promised. The technicians after install never started it up bc it was still cold out. As the temp increased our Trane is working fantastically. Techs came out to ensure the refrigerant was at the level prescribed. Happy we have the correct tonage for our home. To keep comfortable and keep the humidity in check, don't get one that's too large that will keep going on and off. Thanks Len and team.

I scheduled 2 AC turn up appointments on Good Friday promotional they were doing, my house and my son’s house, had to wait till July 3rd. between 8:00am and 10:00am. On July 3rd at 8:30 I received a text that they had to cancel and reschedule because other people lost their air conditioning last week. My system is very old could go at any time. I was interested in pricing a new system air and heat.

You will not find a more honest HVAC company. Our furnace issue appeared to be worse at first than what it was. They were honest and forthcoming about the real cause of the problem once they looked inside. The problem was minor and did not require parts to be replaced, and they reduced our bill from the initial estimate accordingly. Very high integrity.
