I stayed with them for a little over 2 years. Maintenance was always quick, the team always responded to any emails or calls. Jen was always very helpful. I moved to be closer to work and save money. I will definitely miss this complex and this team. Thanks for a great experience while I was there! I wish you all the best!
Lenox Village has been a great place to live. It’s quiet, clean, and in a convenient part of Lincoln. The apartments are modern with high ceilings, great light, and in-unit laundry. The staff is friendly and quick to help, and the pool and fitness center make it feel more like a community than just an apartment complex. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to live.
i used to deliver pizza in the area and was always impressed by the cleanliness of common areas and ease of access with the buzzer system. what disappoints me is hearing from a friend who lives there about management making excuses ("the ceilings are high") for poor hvac effectiveness, with temperatures hovering around 80 as the unit runs continuously. i live in a 125 year old house with 10 foot ceilings and actual holes, and my home's poorly-designed air conditioning performs better than that of my friend who lives in this ... read more
