We were at the mall today to see Santa and ride the pink pig which were wonderful! However ... Lenox Square Mall ... your ads from wall to wall today were a half naked Charlese Theron for Dior. And by half naked ... I mean she was wearing no pants, her bare legs were wide open, and the angle was up with a creative shadow. And where were these ads? EVERYWHERE. I have been coming to Lenox Square for years and years. Today I took my daughters and grand children to have the babies pictures taken with Santa. I have to say the Santa experience is the only good thing about our trip. The bathrooms near the Pink Pig were worse than any I have ever experienced shopping. I went to the Pink Pig ticket sales and they told me to call security and tried to give me the number instead of calling them for me! Very big, and spacious.....although parking can be a bit frustrating, but well worth it once you start shopping!
California pizza failed me today . I was sat in a table that was " unassigned" and was not acknowledged by the wait staff as they passed me on the way to other tables. The bartender knew I was there but never approached me either though she served the tables near me. After almost 20 minutes the manager type person asked me how everything was going. She recognized the problem but I was already disappointed. They overcharged me for drinks too. Obviously I won't be back there anytime soon if ever.
Mall construction is the main reason for bad overall experience. However the worst was when we were having dinner with my family in the food court and a worker/cleaner started making loud, really loud to announce that the food court is closing. There wereso many families still enjoying their meal but the worker decided to make these scary lound noise to interrupt. There are ways to indicate that mall is closing like turning lights down at the counters. This is a high end mall and to see such a pathetic condition at the food ... read more
