This area used to be so nice. Now it is a slum. Look at their pictures on line they are so old and taken when the place did look nice. When it started to go down hill, the owners propped it up with a coat of paint on the walls and driveway. It got sold, the trash in parking lot is worse. They did pave the lanes and covered up the sink holes, they are returning however. Best part they raised the rent an additional $200- $400 approximately, welcome to Mobile.
