I contacted Leno to have my front and back yards cleaned up. They were in pretty bad shape and everything was overgrown. Leno was supposed to come out to give me a quote the next day, but he never showed. I messaged him again and asked if he could come out again to give me a quote, this time he just didn't respond. I messaged a 3rd time asking for his services but still never got a response. Business must be good if you're ignoring paying customers.
