Absolutely horrendous, I had an appointment for 4:15, with Dr. Trepa for a complete evaluation. Individual’s were coming in after me and leaving before I even got into a room. I waited from 4:15 to 6:00 just to get a room and then needed to continue waiting. I never did see her. The lady who calls you in and asks why you’re here is completely rude and unprofessional, she’s an older woman and has worked at Lenore for years. My doctor Susan Awad is fantastic. The receptionists however could use more training and policies should be reviewed. I have never dealt with someone who sounded so unhappy to be doing their job.
Went today at 3:19 pm took a cab coz i feel dizzy and they told me they close early due to full capacity. Awful service. Then after i left they lock the door.
