I went in over three weeks ago and in severe pain. The doctor ordered an exam and ultrasound. I was in too much pain for the ultrasound and the doctor said “we will call if we see anything” 1) ultrasound was undetermined and no follow up call (could not move to see what they wanted 2) the xray I could read myself there was something due to injury. Would put 0 stars if I could. Went in for testing, after speaking with the receptionist(larger one with long yellow nails) about what I needed to be done, she was not sure so she asked someone else for help.. BOTH WRONG! Sat there for 1.5 hours just to be told they are unable to help me, perhaps training your staff with something as simple as communication would benefit the people you’re supposed to be helping. Came here for the wary treatments and it's very nice, show up for your appointment, wait the time, doctor sees you and blasts your warts and you're good for to book the next one
Great experience here, very professional and efficient. Had to do a walk-in on a stat holiday and was still seen fairly promptly. Doctor was friendly, professional, and had me in and out quickly. Honestly exceeded my expectations!
