I have dealt with Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for almost 10 years, and have traded with them several times. They have also done almost all of our maintenance work. I have not had any problems with their sales, management, or service department. Would definitely go back, and or send my family or friends.

Most dishonest service dept i have ever had to deal with. Couldnt fix my vehicle rear camera unless i paid them 3000 to put in a new headlight. Took to to local repair shop and fixed for less than 200 and didnt have to replace headlight. While they sere trying to fix it they broke 2 switches and the trim and also the rear hatch leaks where they tried to run new wires... they said that all that stuff was broken when i brought it in. I wouldnt take anything there to be repaired!

During the purchase process of a 2022 Laramie 2500 Cummings 6.7 I was promised and on contract that they would fix the dent in the back bed of the truck. Took it in to get fixed and it wasn't fixed, called back and asked why, I even sent photos and was told that it can't be fixed. I advised it was promised to be fixed and now they won't, the statement I got was it's a used truck "get over it". Promise is a promise and it's a shame they don't honor their promises. Did you know that an automotive battery cost is $350.00. This is what you total will be is you purchase one there. Anywhere else that you buy a battery, installation assistance if free. At this dealership installation assistance there is $165.00 plus taxes and this DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRICE FOR THE BATTERY. I know now why people stay away from this dealership.

Sold them a truck on 11/8. I was told multiple times that they would cut me a check for the difference once it was paid off, no more than 10 days. It's been a lot more than 10 days now. I've repeatedly called and been given the run around. Now they have the truck listed for sale but are refusing to give me my $8000 because the title hasn't been sent from the finance company. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. All the way up to the GM. Asked the service writer we dealt with twice to keep all parts taken off the truck, they were needed to fight an insurance and warranty claim. He told us we would have to pay core charges a few times, and told him fine we'll pay the core for all parts it is needed on. Finally after 3 months come to get the truck up and they claim we never asked for parts and they threw them away a week ago. Took our Dodge Ram 3500 lifted Truck to have the Transmission Flush and oil changed. They Flushed the Transmission and only put 7qt of fluid back in it and time I drove home my transmission went out and check the dipstick it didn't have any fluid on dipstick I called them and they told me that for a 68rfe that 7 qt is right???? And they refused to help me with wrecker or check out the damage. They charge me for the flush then now they tell me the really didn't flush it. Unlike real dealerships. Lenoir City Jeep dearershio thinks you have to go there and they have to analize my Jeep to get more money out of me of $125. Already know that my DEF is making a bad def fluid and to go to the dealership. I have less than 200 miles before it goes to limp moad. The lady on the phone said that they don't give quotes over the phone. My Jeep is in a have to pay $125 to diagnose it, when I know what the prbadd situation. Than she hung up on me. I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership within one and one half years which amounts to almost $100,000.00. The problem with the first purchase was my Disabled Veteran Tag which was ripped in half by someone there trying to switch it. So they got another one for me, ok.
