Had a leaky water heater with a cracked tank. Of course stuff happens on the weekend, and right before a holiday. Assistant Valerie was great on the phone; Lenny stopped by on a Sunday (for a reasonable fee) to assess things and instruct us on how to get by. They ordered a new unit quickly. Lenny’s partner, Aden, was gentle and a gentleman. Lenny double-checked everything. Lenny and his team saved the day. Literally. We had been having off and on plumbing issues for 3 months. Lenny's was recommended to us and were out to our home in a few days with their camera. They were able to identify our line was cracked inside the basement floor (Awful, I know). They were able to fix our issue in two visits (our issue extended 8 more feet, so they had to make two trips).
