Lenny always comes through for us, idk what we would do without him!
Valerie was so helpful when our basement flood d but unfortunately they were booked up for 4 days and we couldn't wait. She said she would keep our appointment until we found someone in our city who could come sooner. Valerie was so kind. If we lose ved closer, we would definitely have had them complete our service. We have not had use of our facilities for 2wks now due to sewer backup. Dealing with insurance to get this fixed and Lenny's never submitted the paperwork to get the job started! We are never going to recommend this company to anyone! 🤬 Went with a different company and they were right on it.

I was so impressed with Victoria’s customer service! Hearing a plea for help, she went above and beyond to make sure that my drains were working. I had not had water in about a week due to sewer backups, and having a toddler it made things very difficult. She was a life saver!
