Had a leaky water heater with a cracked tank. Of course stuff happens on the weekend, and right before a holiday. Assistant Valerie was great on the phone; Lenny stopped by on a Sunday (for a reasonable fee) to assess things and instruct us on how to get by. They ordered a new unit quickly. Lenny’s partner, Aden, was gentle and a gentleman. Lenny double-checked everything. Was dealing with Valerie on the phone and she helped out tremendously. Ended up saving me a service call that would’ve been wasted and used against my warranty that I had on my house.
