THE STORY OF LENNY’S: Family Owned and Operated for over 40 Years ​My father, Joseph DeCandia, was born in Bari, Italy and came to America in 1956 at the age of 18. had the cold fish salad .. the calamari was overcooked and rubbery, I couldn't chew it... It used to be like butter. ,,, the quality of the food has gone down over the years,, My husband had the lobster bisque... It was yellow/? couldnt find a scrap of lobster in it..I had the potato bacon cheese soup.. it was bland and tasteless with about 8- 1/4 inch pieces of of bacon on top... Not impressed at all...and not like the Lenny's that I remember going to years ago.
