I was sent here looking for a part for an older furnace. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. They had the OEM gas valve in stock for a great price. He had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Great service.
Friendly staff and clean store, however if you are a home owner with a Lennox system, they will not sell to you, or even provide information about product compatibility. I went to the store hoping to replace my thermostat, but got turned around because they will only sell to contractors. If you need any cooling equipment, it may be wise to support companies that support their customers. Lennox is not one of them.
