With over 18 years in the HVAC industry and as the owner of a local HVAC company, I can unequivocally state that Lennox is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their customer service and dealer registration processes are atrocious. Lennox’s business model is blatantly designed to favor a select few contractors in the area, primarily Brennan Heating through Costco. Their favoritism is unparalleled in the industry.
