With over 18 years in the HVAC industry and as the owner of a local HVAC company, I can unequivocally state that Lennox is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their customer service and dealer registration processes are atrocious. Lennox’s business model is blatantly designed to favor a select few contractors in the area, primarily Brennan Heating through Costco. Their favoritism is unparalleled in the industry. Trying to get through to these guys is abysmal. And don't get me started on their hold times for tech support. 90 minute wait times on hold is ridiculous.
