It's pretty sad that these people are a dealer of Lennox parts and a private homeowner can't come in and buy a part for his furnace that they only deal with contractors real stupid. Contractors want too much to fix it. That's why I'm buying my own part. They're probably in kohoots with the contractors. That's why they do this. That way, the homeowner loses out on everything.
