l had very bad experience today, l went to this location. serviced me is balck guy.first time l was pick up my previous order for rooftop unit parts. second time l told him l need ordered lennox furnace parts. this furnace under warranty. he was not happy about that. l told him l going to odered other furnace's control board he was refused take my third order. meanwhile no other custmer need service.he left count and got some sneak to eat. l have to got my third order from other you service guy.this guy should be fired.l hav... read more
Nobody wants to help or answer the phone.
This is the worst parts supplier in the GTA. Always have problems when I come into this location. Not recommended
I had a terrible experience with the service at this location. They really need to fix their server and improve their customer service. During my last visit, my office provided them with an updated list of technicians. However, when I returned today to pick up parts, the list was all wrong. While the company name, address, and phone number were correct, the names of the owners and technicians were completely random. We don't have anyone associated with our company who has those names. Just wow! These guys here raise (or lower?) the bar on unprofessionalism and rudeness. They hang up on you constantly, deal with you harshly, treat every inquiry as a ginormous burden, and refuse to do even the bare minimum to assist field techs sourcing parts and units. They clearly really hate their job, and want you to feel the same way! Everyone that works here needs to be fired YESTERDAY.
