Very rude staff and that's when they actually answer the phone.
Very rude staff. They yelled at me when I arrived to pick up units at 4:20 p.m., instead of being glad to make another sale. The second time, they had trouble processing my debit card payment and blamed me, but it turned out the mistake was on their end. Overall, I’ve had great experiences with other Lennox branches — they’ve always been polite and helpful — but unfortunately, not with this one.
I just called this location to ask some questions, they are not patient, Please advise how you provide employment training. 1. You do not provide enough training. 2. You do not hire enough customer service staff. 3. Or You would like not to offer customer service!? Your staff are rude, aggressive, impatient. I am super disappointed with Lennox Scarborough location customer service! So horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed.
Monday morning 09-29-2025 Counter staff are very errogant, we placed an order on line to pickup and it was an interrogation process to get the part. If the staff is not happy being there find another job. We service lennox equipment and like to support lennox with installing oem parts. If this attitude continues you will loose valuable clients.
