You want bad customer service go here they won't help you and are lazy and rude. Any other hvac supplier l go to are friendly and helpful these guys are the worst
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Every time you call them, it’s like you are bothering them. They bark at you with rude condescending questions and won’t even attempt to help you without a part number or your account number. I don’t understand how these guys still have jobs.
So rude. Every time i call or i go there, i get attitude from these guys. If they don’t wanna work, they better stay home or find another job.
