Tony at Lennox Parts Plus is outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. He took the time to make sure I had the right parts and explained everything clearly, which saved me time on the job. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend working with Tony—he’s a huge asset to the store.
Called in to Lennox Stores in Akron, OH. Was on hold for close to 20 minutes before being transferred to the Livonia, MI branch. Tony helped me and was very pleasant and efficient at his job! If I could give Tony 10 stars I would. Transfer me to Tony in Livonia everytime!!
