Great friendly staff...nice place
You guys need a new procedure on how you handle your furnaces. Too many times we un-box these furnaces in the customers basement to find it dented from shipping and handling. It’s getting old. Get it together Lennox.

I'm a HVAC service technician and I called into the Lenox tech support line. Initially I was not too satisfied with my experience because of the extremely long wait on hold, after over an hour on hold the gentleman answered and then hung up. We were having some issues hearing each other so he tried many times to reach out to me again to make sure that I was taken care of. I believe his name was Deric.
