This is NOT a duplicate review as this is my first and only review of Dr. Hoyte of the Pelvic Floor Institute. I am sharing my honest experience regarding MY direct, in person interaction with Dr. Hoyte in hopes that another hard working family isn't deprived of their money. Dr Hoyte is one of the BEST Urogynecologist around. Based on my past experiences with him I can only rave about his surgical skills, his empathetic , caring personality . He really cares about each and every woman he sees. His outcomes and reviews are exceptional! I’m a retired RN and have worked in many settings with many doctors over the years. I chose to have surgery with Dr. Lennox Hoyte but had to do so under his Concierge program because he was not in network with my medical insurance. He charged me $15,000.00 for this program which was to include the surgery, all pre and post-op tests and follow up care for 12 months. This fee did not include any of the hospital charges. This $15,000.00 fee was a great financial hardship for my family but I needed the surgery so I paid it on a credit card so that I could pay it off over time. Dr Hoyte gave me my life back after a previous surgery failed. In 2021 I had robotic laparoscopic surgery with mesh for a stage 4 prolapse. In less than 2 years that surgery failed. The surgeon who I had originally trusted offered me no acceptable fix to the problems brought from this failed surgery. She said scar tissue would make a repair impossible and my problems were not “life threatening”. Meeting Dr. and Mrs. Hoyte was a major GOD MOMENT! I truly think the Lord sent me out to help a friend that day, knowing I'd run into these lovely people. As a result of our meeting, I ended up being blessed with using their office for a medical situation today.
