Mrs. Lennox is so sweet and helpful. She definitely knows what she is doing. I had tried 3 other dress shops before stopping at Lennox East and I had in my head that I wanted this certain style. She pulled some like that for me to try, but then she pulled something off the rack that I never would have chosen for myself because it was the exact opposite of what I thought I wanted. Fell in love with my wedding dress here at Lennox tonight! Not to mention, my sister got the dress of her dreams here about a year & a half back! We’ve also bought multiple prom dresses here. Such a great assortment! Lauren, that works here, is AMAZING!
I will never go through this place again. I just got married this past weekend and my now husband and I went to place an order for tuxes a couple months ago and his tux didnt even come until 2 days before the wedding.. and they gave him a bowtie (which he would never wear) instead of an actual tie. We were looking for bridal dresses. The staff member was very helpful. The only drawback is the limited selection.
Fitted my son and provided a tux for prom with 1 day's notice. Their service and dedication speaks for themselves!
Completely horrible! My daughter purchased a $200.00 prom dress. We found little holes all throughout the dress that needed sewn. Now the day of prom we unzip the dress to take off the hanger and the entire zipper breaks . I call to speak to someone about a refund and the reply I receive is "I don't know what to tell you" . Are you serious???
