I have been living at the Lennox since November and I have absolutely no complaints! Neighbors and staff are very friendly, maintenance does a very thorough and quick job and you cannot beat the convenience of this location!! I will definitely be resigning whenever my lease is up.
I lived there several years ago, so I can't vouch for the efficacy of current management. That being said, the apartments themselves are spacious and offer lots of light. They are well constructed with many luxury amenities. I didn't hear an over-abundace of noise despite the property being so close to 75. The pet policy was fantastic. I absolutely loved living in the West Village neighborhood. You can't beat the location for easy access to every activity you could possibly desire.
I have loved each and every day living here. The space is great, I love all the high ceilings and the large windows giving the apartment lots of natural light. The view from my balcony is amazing facing the Magnolia theater. I always bring people up just to show them 'this is where I live! Isn't it cool?!' I'm proud to live here. I highly recommend coming to view the Lennox at West Village
The Lennox is a great place for a great price. Two pharmacies, so many restaurants, dry cleaning, a post office, a park, the trolley and hopefully soon a grocery store, are all within easy walking distance. The staff have been more than helpful throughout our stay at the Lennox. Granted it does have typical apartment problems such as a resident parking gate that is almost constantly broken, but overall I don't think we could have asked for more in an apartment.
What it may lack in the latest and greatest construction and amenities, it largely makes up for in location. I'm not interested in paying an extra $300/mo for a yoga studio or dog spa I may never use. The bars, restaurants, parks, trails, and city events are my fitness and entertainment! If you want a nice place to sleep with wood floors and upgraded finishes right in the heart of it all, this is the perfect spot!
Overall great! I have just renewed my lease for year 2!!
Lennox at West village is a cool area to visit and very close to all the major supermarkets.
