Lacking in commination. Gives you a bill you pay it . Then comes back weeks later and charges you more . We attempted to pay the extra they said we own several times. Was told. Wait till we figure this out. Then months later they would come back again. The work in the field good, commination and billing horrible .
Woke up this morning to the AC not working -- and on a soon to be scorching day out. Called Lenox when they opened at 8 AM and by 10.30 AM someone was on their way. Worker was very friendly. Clearly explained what the issues were. In less than an hour, my AC was back to working as normal and they charged a very reasonable amount. Will definatly continue to use them for any HVAC issues I may have in the future!

I had water in my basement and it was from the pump on my AC. This was on Saturday. I contacted Lenox and they called me right back. They could be at my house first thing Monday morning. I have been a Lenox customer for years. They are the best. They're prices are reasonable. I will always rec recommend Lenox.
