Never used them, but Lenox heating and cooling van from this company was in Jackson on Friday, November 14 at 2:10 PM, running red lights, weaving through traffic, and cutting off other drivers. No desire to do business with a company that hires such poor drivers. They’re going to cause a wreck. Great business method.
I’ve had AC issues at my home for quite some time. Decided to finally get it taken care of and contacted Lenox. They worked around my schedule and gave me quick quotes. Price wasn’t as much as I was anticipating. I’ve had no issues since. Will use in the future.
Lacking in commination. Gives you a bill you pay it . Then comes back weeks later and charges you more . We attempted to pay the extra they said we own several times. Was told. Wait till we figure this out. Then months later they would come back again. The work in the field good, commination and billing horrible .
