Paying 1400 dollars a month for a studio apartment with stove; that I cannot even cook in because the landlord has no incentive or even cares for that matter to install a kitchen hood vent that vents outdoor… So every time I cook it sets off the smoke detector and coats the unit in grease… The stove is also outdated and dirty and smokes even though I attempted to clean it… Took over a month to get a faulty GFCI replaced in the bathroom with no care whatsoever… Replaced the electrical outlet and did not even install a cover… ... read more
