Lenhoff Properties does not uphold or enforce their own lease agreements. I have repeatedly reported a neighboring tenant who is openly violating the lease by smoking cigarettes and drugs inside the unit. The odor regularly seeps into my apartment and often smells strongly like crack cocaine, making it unbearable and unsafe to live here. There are also constant overnight guests coming and going at all hours, including individuals clearly involved in drug activity, which is another direct violation of the lease.
