We just finished our closing. And must say, It was a superbly smooth process with Lennar. Being first time home owners in the USA, we weren't sure what to expect, and were quite tense. Having moved to the USA, as Christian ministry workers, my wife and I were committed to pursuing a own home since the mortgage and lease/ rents were almost the same.
