I mean, my house is still standing after 10 years so that’s worth two stars. The amount of issues I’ve dealt with regarding this company is unreal. As a homebuilder, they contract everything out and getting them to take responsibility for bad workmanship is quite difficult. As a developer, they have not been transparent with the community as they continue the same practices as the prior developer in trying to force changes to the St Charles Master Plan.
