I moved into a townhome that I purchased in one of your communities on November 9th. Two days after moving in my heat stopped working and a week after moving in my oven stopped working. As a real estate agent I had an excellent experience and I'm very happy I took my clients to Lennar homes. They build a beautiful home and their customer service and customer care is top notch. Their use of technology makes things so much easier. I highly recommend Lennar Homes.
We were first time home buyers and while we like our house, some sub-par craftsmanship has resulted in problems that Lennar refuses to do anything about. Dealing with the sales agent was also a nightmare when we were going through the buying process. Without writing a novel on our experience, the salesperson we worked with was extremely incompetent.
