Buyer Beware!! If you buy a home from Lennar, Do not close on your house if you are not completely happy with it. We closed on a home in El Dorado Hill with some outstanding issues around the house. We deferred the work to customer service and the issues still existing 1.5 years later. Some of the repairs include kitchen cabinets are not plumb, drywall tape on the ceiling is delaminating and the vent hood in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Always favor Lennar Homes over other builders because of all the ammenties they include, i.e., "Everything Included". We had our daughter recently purchase a Lennar Home for this reason. They also provide exceptional customer service.
An upscale senior community with nice homes typically between 1500 and 3000 sq. ft. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Very close to shopping, food, movies, and Highway 50. They said there's a Costco going up nearby, buy the one in Folsom isn't too far. I was impressed by the creative financing options, but not so much with the restrictions on the senior community but will help keep it a nice place to live.
