Very minimally built. Easy to close but they’ll leave quite a few things wrong where you have to journey the home rigorously before moving in. Holes in walls easy from thin walls. Backyard was left in a mess with nails and trash. Garage door motor already giving in after 1 year. Good home if you intend to buy and fix it up with better quality features or to simply rent out.
