Priced Right We bought our Greystone/Lennar Home in "Morada Ridge" during the time when the market was going crazy out here. We really liked that "everything's included" - washer, dryer, refridgerator, blinds, upgraded doors - that is their trademark. However, the subcontractors did not do quality work - the floors were crooked, the carpet not installed correctly, mistakes on the drywall. And customer service isn't the best, either.
