Absolutely horrible house. Poor quality and workmanship. The only thing worse than the house is the customer service. Can't get phone calls or emails returned. Avoid these homes.
First, I want to express my gratitude to everyone who helped me through the home buying process. However, I must share my disappointment with Lennar as a company regarding some ongoing issues with my new home. Shortly after moving in, I noticed a large crack in my driveway. This is the worst nightmare we are having here in the Arden Lakes Community. We purchased and moved to this community in March 2025, and Lennar has not recorded our new construction homes with USPS.
