Lots of issues that never get fixed. Terrible HOA Management, nobody ever knows the ‘rules’ because they change monthly. Located next to a giant bee farm that refuses to put water out for their bees so they swarm our neighborhood. My kids and dogs can hardly be outside without getting stung. All bad. I suggest buying anywhere else.
I highly advise not purchasing a home up in the Woodridge New builds by Lennar. There are 1000’s of honey bees that make it impossible to enjoy the outside. As soon as you walk outside all you hear is buzzing and the grass looks like it’s moving. Lennar knew there was a bee farm up over the hill and played it down to a point of “there will be a couple bees” during our first showing.
Heads up LENNAR Woodridge is built right next to a bee farm and Lennar will not say anything during selling these homes! Summers are awful with swarms of bees in the neighborhood!
