The houses are extremely close together, which isn’t an issue, but you can hear all of the traffic and exterior noises clearly due to the lack of insulation and soundproofing. One of the main reasons I moved to the Woodridge community was to get some peace and quiet, but it’s been tons louder than all of my other living situations.
