We've lived in our brand new home for less than two years. We had chunks missing from our foundation that Lennar reluctantly fixed. Small cracks in the driveway, back patio, front step, and sidewalk that turned into large chunks and cracks that went all the way across. Sunken and raised sections of sidewalk. The houses are extremely close together, which isn’t an issue, but you can hear all of the traffic and exterior noises clearly due to the lack of insulation and soundproofing. One of the main reasons I moved to the Woodridge community was to get some peace and quiet, but it’s been tons louder than all of my other living situations. The traffic noise throughout the night is constant, and because of poor soundproofing, I can hear everything from the outside. I’ve also encountered a few issues with the house itself.
