Very low quality built homes. Issue after issue with my brand new home. You buy brand new expecting minimal issues. NOT THE CASE WITH LENNAR!!! They nickle and dime the "repairs" only leading to a larger issue. Lenar is also who over sees the HOA although they tell you otherwise when buying. They are not up front about the amount of homes they are building in the neighborhood. The workers are extremely inconsiderate to the home owners and leave building materials and trash everywhere.
You get what you will pay for.
Homes are like paper boxes very cheeply made they Fall apart fast my son in law and daughters dishwasher broke the first year. The island they request the first few months never got added. TDS cable cut their sprinkler line adding the cable and they won't fix it, the HOA won't fix it, Lennar won't fix it. You would think they would take care of things they break or the HOA would take responsibility Their grass is dead all summer no sprinklers but HOA was sure to complain about the trash can left out. We've lived in our brand new home for less than two years. We had chunks missing from our foundation that Lennar reluctantly fixed. Small cracks in the driveway, back patio, front step, and sidewalk that turned into large chunks and cracks that went all the way across. Sunken and raised sections of sidewalk. Tried to blame the utility company that was in our area. Replaced the sections of sidewalk after first trying to pawn the problem off on the HOA.
