As a homeowner, you purchase a home and hope to run with luck when assigned the homeowners association. The management company is sub par. The restrictions in place to homeowners is ridiculous. If you have a visitor or food delivery it takes an average of 45min to be granted entry due to the poor structure set in place at the call box. You pay so much money just to be constantly harassed by security, by the clubhouse, by the HOA. So many rules, constantly changing which they feel no need to notify the owners of. Do not buy a house in this community unless you want to be miserable.
