Working with Lennar from agents on site to lending to title has been the worst home buying experience of my life. Poor communication, unaware of their processes, and late frequently are just a few items. The home does not demonstrate good craftsmanship and the build before and during purchase is not maintained appropriately. I have lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely love it! The neighborhood is beautiful and filled with fun and friendly people. Very active community. There is a lot of amenities and so many clubs to choose from. Always something to celebrate.
Actually, I don’t know where to begin. I have built several homes in my past years and have never experienced such inconvenience and horrendous customer service , actually in almost any purchase I’ve ever had . I guess I’ll start with the good news , my salesman Steve I feel so sorry for him to work for a company like Lennar and have to deal with such horrendous Customer service from their upper level management it must be a nightmare for him.
