Working with Lennar from agents on site to lending to title has been the worst home buying experience of my life. Poor communication, unaware of their processes, and late frequently are just a few items. The home does not demonstrate good craftsmanship and the build before and during purchase is not maintained appropriately. They want to congratulate you on a home purchase and make a spectacle but cannot do the fundamentals of a home purchase appropriately. Find an agent and go the traditional route. I have lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely love it! The neighborhood is beautiful and filled with fun and friendly people. Very active community. There is a lot of amenities and so many clubs to choose from. Always something to celebrate.
