Good location for these townhomes some have driveways which is a plus and also backyards
Recently, I viewed the Lennar Venitian townhome models. I decided to view the models after visiting someone who recently purchased a Venetian townhome in the Rhett floorplan. Unfortunately she regrets her $486k purchase, and sadly I can see why. In my opinion, out of all the models the Rhett floorplan was the worst.
