No proper response for resident requests.
Lennar sales reps will not be honest during the sale, I was completely lied to and misled about several aspects of the home I purchased. Only through looking at documents was I able to find actual answers, if you go through lennar take everything that is said to you on a tour with a grain of salt, read through all HOA and other documents. Coverages will likely be exaggerated to push you into the sale
Should be a crime that I even have to give them a 1 star. Long story stay away from them. My close date was moved four times on the day of closing due to miscommunication on their end. When I did finally close they took 2 days to finally track down the code for me to actually get into the home. I don’t even feel like writing out all the issues I’ve had with them pre and post purchase. Learned the violation came from hoa board president watch out they make up rules here dont move here HOA does not read what they approve and will put in you in violation because they cant actually check paperwork that was approved and we pay them. Dont suggest moving here the cdd run by inframark will come on your property wont leave will tell you to call the cops then square up on you.
