No proper response for resident requests.
Lennar sales reps will not be honest during the sale, I was completely lied to and misled about several aspects of the home I purchased. Only through looking at documents was I able to find actual answers, if you go through lennar take everything that is said to you on a tour with a grain of salt, read through all HOA and other documents. Coverages will likely be exaggerated to push you into the sale
Should be a crime that I even have to give them a 1 star. Long story stay away from them. My close date was moved four times on the day of closing due to miscommunication on their end. When I did finally close they took 2 days to finally track down the code for me to actually get into the home. I don’t even feel like writing out all the issues I’ve had with them pre and post purchase.
