Stay away from Lennar Mortgage. The interest rate they advertise will not be for the house you choose, it doesn't matter which house you pick. The loan officer lies directly to your face several times just so you will sign a contract and put down some earnest money. Once he gets that you won't hear from him again. Learn from my mistake, if you want to buy a house from Lennar bring your own lender and don't fall for all the tricks, lies, and gimmicks they say they offer.
