Hideous and depressing neighborhood.
Drove all the way to Lennar at Tributary to find them closing in the middle of the day. I wanted. I said to see the 3 smaller models. He said we don’t make those anymore and drove off. Okay! I will look at another builder then.
The picture below show a beautiful amenity center, including tennis courts. Since I have purchased a home, Lennar has had a change of plans and without any notification to our community has now removed the tennis courts - Bate and switch! **BUYER BEWARE!**
This community is beautiful. Great location. A must see!
Beautiful Community !!! Tucked away among the trees. Close to Shopping, Restaurants, Medical .
