Felt very unsafe, drugs being sold behind us, pitbull running loose, dog poop everywhere even though they provided bags and cans, atvs on sidewalks, loud music, felt very unsafe. Pool was nice but stopped going due to parties being held there. Stopped going to gym due to people baring music and coming in groups. Racial issues discussed on fb. Maybe section we were in but we quickly moved. Could have d been a nice place Police there a lot and car break ins frequent
Before buying a home from Lennar, make sure you really understand what their warranty covers, especially when it comes to roofing. Our experience with them has been really disappointing, particularly with the roofing issues that came up right after we bought our house within the 1.5year mark. The support from Lennar was really lacking. They didn’t help much when we had serious roof problems which were clearly due to how the house was built.
